Your guide picks you up from your Cairo hotel for a beautiful drive to Alexandria. Your first visit is the famous Library of Alexandria, a modern cultural landmark built to reflect the legacy of its ancient predecessor. Inside, you explore its stunning architecture, reading halls, and exhibits.
You then proceed to the Citadel of Qaitbay, built on the exact site of the ancient Pharos Lighthouse. From the fortress walls, you enjoy views of the Mediterranean Sea as your guide explains the historical significance of this coastal stronghold.
Next, you stroll through the Montazah Palace gardens, once the royal residence of King Farouk, where lush gardens overlook the sea and the Salamlek and Haramlek Palaces.
Your tour includes stops at important landmarks such as St. Mark’s Church, the ancient port with its iconic views, and downtown Alexandria with its rich mix of heritage and modern life.

You are transferred to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, your guide meets you and the West Bank exploration begins.
You first visit the Valley of the Kings, entering selected royal tombs decorated with detailed carvings and vibrant colors that have survived thousands of years. You walk through burial chambers that reflect ancient beliefs and scenes from the Book of the Dead.
Next, your tour continues to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, built dramatically into the cliffs of Deir el-Bahari, showcasing terraces, statues, and carvings honoring Egypt’s most successful female pharaoh.
A brief stop follows at the Colossi of Memnon, two towering statues of King Amenhotep III that once guarded his funerary temple.
In the afternoon, you explore the East Bank starting with Karnak Temple, the largest temple complex ever constructed. You walk through the Avenue of Sphinxes, stand beneath the immense columns of the Hypostyle Hall, and see the Temple of Amun decorated with lotus and papyrus motifs.
You then head to Luxor Temple, a masterpiece connected to Karnak by the ancient avenue, where elegant statues and inscriptions illustrate the pharaonic legacy.
